[ He wasn't planning to go, because he barely knows the guy, and it's kind of weird to go to parties were most of the attendees are actually your teachers because that's kind of a w k w a r d but!! Hikaru Shinta's Asami's son in this lifetime and he's met him once and he's pretty sure that the Fukuzawas will be there, Asami included, and if she doesn't see him there, she'd call him and practically drag him by the ear if he doesn't show, SO. ]

Then we can keep each other company. I have no idea what to wear, though, or if we should even dress up.

[ Not that he has shit for a fashion sense, it's just that he's kind of poor at the moment. ]

We share a few classes, but she's kind of starting from scratch with this whole Vigil thing.

I honestly can't tell. It seems like the Hunter life is the farthest possible thing from what she used to do.

Well, if she got in that program, then she probably deserves to be there.

Maybe she's a hidden genius.

Maybe! Either way, I'd really like to see what she'll be able to do during an engagement.

I think you should be able to if you ask the instructor for the day? The instructors back at Big Rock were open to people from other year levels or classes doing that sort of thing, and Balamb is leagues better than Big Rock.

[ It's kind of nice how it's becoming easier and easier for her to talk about her old academy. Maybe she's letting all of that negativity go? ]

I'll try, then! Maybe I can take notes, and pretend I'm in ASC and get better grades.
