A little party never killed nobody. [OPEN]
WHO: All PCs who were tagged in this post, and a fuckload of NPCs
WHAT: The Anniversary of the Universe Finally Giving A Shit About My Best Friend
WHERE: Jessiah Vice's swanky penthouse apartment
WHEN: 15 June 2066 (Tuesday), 8:00 PM onwards
SAFE FOR WORK? Yep, for now
OTHER NOTES: :3

[ You'll hear the music before you arrive, and you might even recognize the unique signatures of who's performing at the booth. There are, perhaps unsurprisingly, a lot of people milling around inside the penthouse and out by the pool, and it doesn't look like the crowd is going to thin out anytime soon.
By the way, if you brought a car? You should probably tip those nice-looking valets that insisted on taking care of parking for you.
There's food, an open bar, servants scurrying about to make sure that the glasses stay full and the plates are always clean, and there are only too many places to lounge around. There are also a lot (and we mean, a LOT), of bigwigs from the Vigil in the area. They also look like they're up to mingling with the so-called little guys.
DJ booth's on the rooftop, together with the dance floor. If you didn't bring swimwear and towels for yourself, the Takasugi-Vice family - your gracious hosts for the evening - can provide, and you can even bring them home. ]
